This week was a crazy, busy time at work. All week, I’ve been “running” to take care of dozens of little things that, together, add up. I was exhausted when I came home tonight. Barely got through my “chores”. Too tired to cook, so I ordered a pizza. Then Ron Collins and I video-chatted about how the Dare is going at our first checkpoint. It is going well and we’re both on target. So good news there! 🙂
Then I had an “unscheduled” writing opportunity thrown my way, so I sacrificed today’s word count to make this opportunity happen. I have all day Saturday to do nothing but write, so I should be able to make up the word count. So no amazing word counts tonight, but I did get a few words onto the page. Tomorrow, things take a turn for the worse in Peter’s world as secrets are revealed and the stakes rise. Peter is forced to make some tough choices. Can’t wait!!
It is now 5:40 A.M. and I have been up for twenty-two straight hours. Think I need to sleep for a little while.
